NOT YET UPGRADED TO VERSION 2? IF SO, THEN YOU NEED TO ACT NOW!

Dear Version 1 user,

Version 2 of The CIPFA FM Model was launched in the summer of 2007. As trailed extensively, Version 1 is now ‘read-only’.

Version 1 users are still able to view their master questionnaire and all contributions, but no additional surveys can be generated, collected or viewed, nor are contributors able to be added. However, users can download the amassed data from their contributors and master questionnaire as a Microsoft .CSV file.

General functions will be retained as follows:

• Login function and control page will operate as usual.
• Survey tool setup – lead officers will be able to view and email the contributors, but are not able to add, remove or request a zero down.
• Survey groups can be viewed but no new groups can be added.
• Checking - all options except the closedown are available.
• Lead officers will be able to view master questionnaires and all evidence from contributors.
• After 31 March 2008, master questionnaires cannot be added to the comparator module. But otherwise, the trends and comparator modules will continue to function as normal.
